What is the goal of the Network and what can it offer me?

One of our main goals is to build a Regional Collaborative Network. Building a strong collaborative will enhance the ability to offer resources and services to individuals residing in the Sierra-Cascade region. We look forward to teaming up with individuals, groups and/or organizations to collaborate and build on our strengths to make a difference in our 12 county region.

How can I join the Network and be a part of the Collaborative?

Call our office at 530-345-2483, or E-mail Katie Wilhelm, Program Assistant at kwilhelm@healthcollaborative.org to give us your name, title, organization, mailing address, county, phone, fax and e-mail. Your info will be added to our database and you will receive our newsletter, notices of future mini-grant opportunities, etc.
